Brooke Elizabeth Burns (born March 16th, 1978) is an American fashion model game host, actress and TV personality. Burns her television debut came in 1995, when she portrayed Peg the character from the Spanish American sitcom Out of the Blue. Burns began her television career in 1995 when she joined the cast of the spanish-American teenager sitcom Out Of the Blue (1995-1996). She later starred in Baywatch: Hawaii, the sequel to the Baywatch action series. Burns left Baywatch due to her pregnancies. Brooke Elizabeth Burns, an American actress and fitness model as well as a tv persona, is most well-known for her role as Jessie Owens from the drama Baywatch. Her most well-known role is Shallow Hal in the 2001 commercially successful film.
